  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities :

1. Project Implementation
- Take charge of all RPA related projects.
- Take charge of all OCR related projects.
- Contributes to Workflow/ERP projects.
- Assist in project documentation in accordance to the organisation’s project management methodology and
templates.
- Assist in evaluating solutions that can bring improvements to the organization.

2. Subject Matter Expert
- Provide support to M3 Manufacturing Modules (Support Team – Tier 2)
- Provide support to M3 ERP Financial Modules (Support Team – Tier 2)
- Provide support to Treasury Management Modules (Support Team – Tier 2
- Identify and suggest operational improvement areas.
- Prepare training material and user guides for all applications to ensure knowledge
retention for reference.
- Conduct user training/briefing to ensure proper usage of system.
- Carry out Roadshows to promote new technology.

3. Perform any IT related task as assigned.

Qualifications :

  • Degree in Computer related studies.
  • Experience in FMCG Operation is an added advantage.
  • Any operational related certification is an added advantage.
  • Project Management related certification is an added advantage.

Skills :

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Good analytical skill to identify issues and bottlenecks.
  • Good operational processes understanding and exposure.
  • Good understanding of Workflow platform.
  • Good understanding of RPA platform and knowledge on OCR (Optical Character Recognition).
  • Good team player.


Computer Literacy:

  • Microsoft Office : Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
  • RPA (Robotic Process Automation)
  • OCR (Optical Character Recognition)

Experience :

  • At least 5 years working in IT operation environment.
  • Demonstrated solid track record of successfully delivering at least 1 medium & 1 small project in the operation environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team of professional peers and vendors.
  • Have good records in handling operation improvements.
