  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support the company’s growth and expansion objectives.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including bankers, investors, and the Board of Directors, providing financial insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Shape the company’s financial strategy in relation to mergers, acquisitions, and significant investment opportunities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team, offering guidance on financial decision-making, risk management, and capital allocation.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with financial institutions, ensuring favorable financing arrangements.
  • Ensure strict adherence to corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting standards.


Job Requirements:

  • Proven track record as a Financial Controller or in a senior financial leadership role.
  • Strong background in audit and tax is highly preferred.
  • Extensive experience with public listed companies, including participation in IPO processes.
  • Deep knowledge of mergers and acquisitions, investment strategies, and financial structuring.
  • Experience in the retail industry is an added advantage.
  • Must be a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).
