  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibility:

  • Provide full guidance to our valued customers and agents when visiting to site. Includes guiding customers for praying and communicate with customers in good manner and humble.
  • Familiarize with urn installation, burial, and ancestral tablet installation service SOP.
  • To prepare daily confirm party and prepare temporary name tag.
  • Update deceased info and attachments into hybris system and prepare monthly installation report.
  • Complete and liaise with purchaser and supplier on photo and name tag or name plaque for urn installation cases. Ensure the name tag or plaque is ready within 45 days.
  • Planning and designing for DaiBye praying package for ala-carte and yearly package. To monitor and blast message to customers and achieve sales target.
  • Ensure details of 49 days food offering package is correct before issuing to service ambassador.
  • Ensure 49 days and DaiBye praying package utensils are well maintained. To swiftly replace any utensils that are not presentable. To monitor stock and avoid misplaces and utensils.
  • To follow up on customer feedback and co-ordinate with ambassadors for necessary action and update customer on the progress.
  • To assist on event coordination for all site events and ensure smooth pre and post event operation.
  • To assist service ambassador to open urn compartment during peak hours and festivals.
  • Ensure that you abide to work ethics.
  • Full collaboration with colleagues and superiors.
  • Perform any ad-hoc assignments from Superior and management from time to time.
