  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist to assemble, install, test and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, fixtures, water pump and filter, gent-set and others
  • Daily maintenance inspection on MP3 lift, air-cond, lighting, fan, sound system and others. To ensure smooth operation of the site.
  • Direct workers to install, maintain or repair electrical wiring, equipment and all lighting bulbs.
  • Daily landscape maintenance inspection and cleanliness inspection inclusive of Tang Villa, Meng Palace, Heritage, Perpetual Garden, Zone A,D,E,F,G and all toilets.
  • Ensure that machineries and motor vehicles are maintained according to schedule.
  • Supervise and mobilization of maintenance workers.
  • Liaise with external technician on maintenance services.
  • Assist on set-up works for praying rites and event function.
  • Prepare and submit daily maintenance record and checklist to management for further review and action.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the superiors and management to you from time to time.

Requirement:

  • SPM and above
  • Able to write, read and communicate in English and Malay
  • Preferably 2 years of experience and above in maintenance work
  • Willing to work on ground and independently.
