  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Qualifications & experience

  • Experienced in logistics management, at least 5 years in leadership role
  • Possess excellent knowledge of customs regulations and procedure, permits, and documentations
  • Continuously approach new knowledge with an open mind and seek for continuous growth
  • Proactively seek ways to improve customer service processes
  • Ability to solve problems independently
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills with customers and colleagues
  • Establish good working relationship and maintain a pleasant work environment
  • Degree in logistics management, supply chain, or related fields
  • Able to operate Microsoft applications (M365 would be added advantage)

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage local handling processes e.g. customs clearance, transportation, warehousing, actively fulfilling all shipment handling processes and documents
  • Manage day-to-day operations, liaise with customers, and ensure timeliness of shipments
  • To proactively communicate and understand customer shipment requirement and advice shipment requirements
  • Ensure customer's shipments are handled proactively and efficiently fulfilling customer's satisfaction, resolving any issues that arises during shipment processes
  • Build, lead, and develop a strong & results-oriented team, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Establish close working relations with other departments and provide mutual assistance when required
