Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with customers to ensure customer requirements are addressed and reviewing all quotations comply with the company pricing strategy.
  • Co-ordinate with the Production and QC Departments to ensure that customer complaints are professionally and efficiently resolved.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategy and guidelines throughout division in conjunction with Head of Sales, Finance & Admin.
  • Develop marketing strategies that identify new market/product opportunities.
  • Assist Head of Sales in preparation of budgets for Sales Department.
  • Assist Head of Sales, Finance & Admin Manager in analysis of customer credit ratings.
  • Assist Credit Control Department in collection of payment and customer credit evaluation.
  • Manage systems for all internal control procedures in relation to the Sales Department. Develop and implement improvements to administration systems and processes.
  • Control costs within the Sales Department to meet with the budget.
  • Assist Head of Sales with the recruitment and selection of Sales employees.
  • Work with Regional Manager, Production/QC Manager to assess and develop Sales / Production employees, to develop motivation by setting achievable targets, providing feedback, coaching and counselling on performance.
