Broking Fiduciary Operations

  • Responsible for the day to day backend processing operations of Broking team in the Shared Services, with specific focus on Invoice to Cash processes.

  • Ensure a value-added experience to related operating companies (internal stakeholders) by partnering and influencing them on business and day to day operational processes and expectations.

We will count on you to:

  • Manages resource planning, monitors workflows, oversees day-to-day operational activities in and not limited to: Invoice to Cash processes such as, invoicing, billing, reconciliation and etc.

  • Measures and reports on team productivity and individual performance while providing feedback and coaching to ensure a productive and engaged team.

  • Leads and/or participates in stakeholder engagement sessions and works in partnership with brokers on identified initiatives to improve the client experience and garner a better understanding of the needs and expectations of both internal and external clients.

  • Maintains a controlled risk environment, ensures emerging risks are identified, assessed and formally reported and ensures all colleagues are compliant with business Professional Standards and Operation team Policies and Procedures.

  • Manage escalated calls, complaints, questions, and queries as necessary and oversees the complaints management system and quality of communications with client facing colleagues to ensure the receipt of accurate and timely advice on internal enquiries.

  • Provide coaching/mentoring and support to Operations team Executives on all systems, documentation, and reporting

What you need to have:

  • A Degree holder in any field

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Insurance Broking Operations.

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in managing a team.

  • Experienced in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is highly preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint.

What makes you stand out:

  • Ability to understand, speak Cantonese and read write Chinese is highly preferred.

  • Experience supporting shared service operation

  • Ability to build strong relationships and build rapport with stakeholders, including but not limited to: Sales and Distribution, Legal and Compliance, and clients.

  • Self-starter, resourceful with the ability to bring solutions and ideas to the company.

  • Good project management and highly organized – excellent planning, analysis and problem solving skills.
