Job Purpose

  • This role is responsible overseeing and managing;
  • all aspects of the production process within our organization
  • development, performance and maintenance of the manufacturing production to produce smooth and efficient production and delivery solution, maximizing performance & profitability
  • To assist formulation;
  • includes planning, coordinating, and supervising production activities to meet or exceed production targets while ensuring product quality, safety, and efficiency
  • Key Responsibilities

    Production

  • Develop production plans to meet demand forecasts, ensuring the timely and cost-effective manufacturing of the products.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of the plant facilities to identify any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or inefficiencies, and coordinate with the maintenance team for timely resolution.
  • Monitor and control the key process parameters of the production process to achieve consistent and high-quality end products.
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various production activities for compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations and standards.
  • Work closely with the Quality Control Department to conduct periodic product quality checks, analyze results, and implement corrective actions to address any deviations.
  • Optimize the usage of raw materials and energy resources to reduce production costs and minimize waste generation.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement, and lead or support continuous improvement projects.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to production executives and operators, ensuring their competency in operating equipment and following procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Safety, Health, and Environment (HSE) team to promote a safety-first culture, conducting safety training and addressing any safety-related concerns.
  • Analyze production data, including production rates, downtime, and quality metrics, and generate reports for management review.
  • Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, packing materials and consumables, coordinating with the warehouse team for timely reordering.
  • Work with maintenance team to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to production processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with advancements in production technology and industry best practices, and integrate relevant improvements into the operations.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration among production staff to promote a positive work environment.
  • Assist in developing long-term strategies for process optimization, production scalability, and business growth.
  • Job Requirement

    QualificationsBachelor Degree in Engineering (Manufacturing/Mechanical/Chemical) Engineering, administration, or facility management, vocational school or BSc/BA in business administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).Professional Qualification and/or Regulatory Licensing requirements Relevant Work Experience
    • Posses 3 - 5 years of working experience in production
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and safety regulations.
    • Proficiency in using production management software and tools.
    Technical & Functional Competencies
    • Must be computer literate with good skills in Microsoft Office
    • Solid understanding of technical aspects of production, warehouse and mechanical
    • Multitask and able to work under pressure
    • Possess good working attitude, independent, and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
    • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
