Responsibilities:
- Arrange for Meetings (Internal & External) including Site Plant
- Handle ISO 45001:2018 & OHSAS 18001:2007
- Apply for company license & permit
- Monitor performance of the vendor & supplier
- Work closely with Finance Department on job or report related to vendor & supplier
- Act as personal assistant to top management
- Arrange for renewal (Bank Guarantee)
- Attend to ad hoc job request as when required by HOD
- Facilitate timely loading schedules and inter-department cooperation
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 3 years of working experience in Administration field/function
- Required skills(s): Computer literate (Particularly MS Word, MS Excel and Power Point), administration, operational, detail oriented
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Working Hours
- Monday - Friday (8.30am-5.30pm)
- Saturday (8.30am-12.00pm)
(Alternate Saturday after confirmation)
