- Manage and process new sales orders efficiently.
- Coordinate stock transfers from the warehouse to outlets, including 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) arrangements.
- Monitor stock levels (SOH) and collaborate with purchasing, supply chain, and warehouse teams to ensure stock availability.
- Ensure all BP (Bulk Purchase) stock labels are properly assigned to the warehouse.
- Provide customer service support, handling inquiries and resolving issues.
- Engage with new & existing customers through daily calls and WhatsApp communications.
- Handle email requests for refunds and facilitate internal outlet transactions.
- Follow up on outlet stock delivery status to ensure timely fulfilment.
- Provide customers with receipts and update them on delivery statuses.
- Generate and update bulk sales analysis reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Identify and secure new customer leads to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage cross-functional tasks.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills for reporting.
- Experience in sales, operations, and customer service management.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and achieve sales goals.
