  • Manage and process new sales orders efficiently.
  • Coordinate stock transfers from the warehouse to outlets, including 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) arrangements.
  • Monitor stock levels (SOH) and collaborate with purchasing, supply chain, and warehouse teams to ensure stock availability.
  • Ensure all BP (Bulk Purchase) stock labels are properly assigned to the warehouse.
  • Provide customer service support, handling inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Engage with new & existing customers through daily calls and WhatsApp communications.
  • Handle email requests for refunds and facilitate internal outlet transactions.
  • Follow up on outlet stock delivery status to ensure timely fulfilment.
  • Provide customers with receipts and update them on delivery statuses.
  • Generate and update bulk sales analysis reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Identify and secure new customer leads to meet or exceed sales targets.
