1. Qualification • Minimum Degree in any Engineering discipline • Minimum 7 years of working experience in Oil & Gas industry as Schedule 2. Competency/Skill • Conversant in Project Management processes and terminologies based on PMI PMBOK (or equivalent) and as per accepted practices in Oil & Gas industry. • Competent in various scheduling techniques, schedule development and schedule management. • Competent in project performance management, progress measurement, and progress reporting. • Conversant in resource management and manpower planning. • Conversant in risk management processes. • Capacity to manage all the above elements in relation to Cost, Quality and HSE; while adhering to governance, procurement, law, rules & regulation and contract requirements. 3. Accreditation / Certification / Software to perform the function • Intermediate or advance skill in Project control software such as:- I. Primavera P6 (mandatory) II. Microsoft Office Application (mandatory) III. Microsoft Project IV. Primavera Risk Analysis • Additional advantage for candidate with accreditation/certification from Project Management. 4. Job Purpose (Summarize briefly for job position) • Execute schedule development and schedule control activities for projects includes but not limited to :- I. Project planning & control II. Performance management, progress measurement and progress reporting III. Critical path network activities analysis 4. Manpower planning IV. Verification and validation of progress 6. Schedule risk management V. Project close-out • Focal/resource person for schedule control related matters in project / department to :- I. Provide schedule control advice to internal PMT as and when required. 2. Interface for clients, stakeholders, finance, HSE and all technical discipline on schedule activities. II. Monitor and track improvement initiative & trainings with all discipline to ensure effective project control execution.
