  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position: IT Intern
Location: Kulai and Taman Universiti, Skudai
Employment Type: Internship
Working Hours: 08:30 AM - 06:00 PM
Rest Day: Rotational (sometimes 2 days off)

Job Scope:

  • Technical Support: Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting IT systems, hardware, and software used by the company.
  • Database Management: Help manage and improve the HR database, ensuring data accuracy and security.
  • System Integration: Support the integration of new software tools to enhance HR processes and operations.
  • IT Administration: Assist in day-to-day IT administrative tasks, including system backups, user account management, and ensuring smooth network operations.
  • Security: Help monitor and ensure cybersecurity measures are in place to protect sensitive company data.
  • Reporting: Assist in generating IT performance reports and identifying areas for improvement in system functionality.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in IT infrastructure, systems, and software development.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with IT tools or software.
  • Mandatory: Must have a valid driving license.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
