1) GENERAL
  • To conduct testing and maintenance of the fire protection system and equipment at all facilities to ensure fire safety of personnel, buildings and equipment based on site contract.
  • Carry out routine and preventive maintenance of all fire protection system
  • Monitor all scope in contract FAS, FSS, FPS in good condition
  • Identify fault and troubleshoot fire systems
  • Liaise with site supervisor for supply of spare part and check compliance with standard specifications
  • Maintain all tools and equipment in working order and keep and inventory
  • To ensure all work is completed at the end of the day
  • To support any business change for the benefit of the company
  • To be flexible with the working patterns as and when required
  • All other decision to be authorized by site supervisor
  • All work to be carried out to the current standards
  • To deliver excellent customer service
  • To undertake any training provided by the company
  • To liase with client staff to assist in the resolving of queries
  • To take note all detail scope, area, location install at site as state on contract requirement.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of systems and equipment
  • Device and implement site policies and procedures
  • Ensuring that the daily activities, program objectives are met.
  • To install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems
  • Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol
  • Perform other maintenance duties as requested
  • Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
  • To report to higher level for improvement / defect all matter regarding system based on site contract to propose proposal with ensure all system good in order.

2) RESPONSE FROM COMPLAINT BY CLIENT
  • Supervisor must first person to response any complain by client, however if supervisor is not responding, chargeman & technician must response.
  • Response time will follow state on contract at site.
  • Arrange manpower to attend as per contract.
  • To attend site to perform rectification for complain issued by client.

3) CHECKLIST
  • To fulfil all checklist service sheet given at site.
  • To report to site supervisor any defect/finding all asset which need to repair/service/ replace new.
  • To assist Site Supervisor to compile monthly service report.

4) ACT/LAW/REGULATION
  • To follow rule as state at UBBL, NFPA, BOMBA etc
  • To take note any regulation which apply at site
  • Ensure compliance with company or government regulations
  • Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.

5) OTHER
  • Implement any task required by Operation Management
