Job Description:
The Business Development Intern will support the business development and sales teams in identifying growth opportunities, researching potential clients, and driving sales initiatives. You will work closely with the Account Manager, CEO and other leaders, assisting in project coordination, data analysis, and strategic planning to help grow our business, especially with a focus on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, including market trends, potential clients, and partnership opportunities.
- Assist in cold-calling and telemarketing efforts to engage potential clients, introduce TalentCloud.ai’s solutions, and generate new leads.
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales pitches for prospective clients.
- Support the coordination of outreach strategies to engage potential customers through email campaigns, calls, and other channels.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to generate leads and build a client database.
- Assist in preparing and updating business development reports, including sales performance and lead generation metrics.
- Analyze customer needs and suggest tailored solutions based on TalentCloud.ai’s product offerings.
- Help plan and organize events, webinars, and meetings to showcase products to prospects and partners.
- Track and report on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Support administrative tasks as required.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail, with an ability to work independently and in a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Interest in working in a startup environment with exposure to multiple functions.
- Passion for business development and sales.
- Previous internship or project experience in sales or marketing is a plus.
