Responsibilities:
To oversee the operations of Human Resource department
To develop, implement, impose and enforce HR Policies, Rules & Regulations and standard HR processes/procedures that align with the company's strategy and business objectives
To ensure the Human Resource policies, procedures and practices are compliance with regulatory requirements.
To keep tract with the updated human resource related regulations and practices in the market and revise the HR policies, procedures and practices to match the trend with our requirements and to comply with the latest government regulations.
To sustain and support the company’s reward programs throughout various interventions like job grading, salary review, job evaluation, promotion exercise and etc.
Manage health and wellness program, employees benefit programs, employee recognition and towards programs.
To liaise with the statutory organizations like EPF, SOCSO, Labour office, LHDN, JTK and etc.
Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, terminating employees, and administering disciplinary procedure
Represent the organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations
Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems
Maintaining a secure work facility to protect the organizations and employee’s confidential information and property
Responsible for the monitoring of the employee attendance records, claims, overtime, medical and leaves records in HR system (allowances, leaves, time-off & medical benefits as per Employee Handbook)
Ensure timely & accuracy of payroll computation in accordance with company policies and legal compliance
Supervise & manage the HR operations and office administrations matter
Plan and facilitate external training programs and development
Involve in staff performance management system and process, continuous maintenance of company Employee Manual
Managing succession planning of staff
To facilitate all safety & health policies and disseminate guidelines and information as a when required.
Prepare files, reports and correspondence
To undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc function and related duties
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
Master’s Degree is a plus
Minimum of 10 -15 year(s) of HR related experience of which 5-8 years of Managerial experience
HR Managerial experience is required
Candidates must be able to speak and write fluent English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (to liaise and support mandarin-speaking counterparts)
Highly motivated individual with a positive attitude and flexible approach to work
Excellent in communication, interpersonal skills, and outspoken
Ability to handle pressure and meet tight datelines
Knowledgeable in HR policies, procedures, processes, employment law and regulations
Sound knowledge of Employment Act 1955 and Industrial Relations
Preferably with knowledge in handling HR2000 payroll & E-Leave system
High degree of personal integrity and sensitivity, and respect for confidentiality
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
