  • Responsible for monthly Plant Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) audit.
  • Coordinate & implement the safety rules according to corporate & local legislation on plant daily activities.
  • Inspect the premises to identify safety, health, and environmental inspection policies and procedures, and a schedule of routine hazards and risks and follow-up till closures.
  • Planning, coordinating and data review as well as corrective action planning for health, safety & environment monitoring
  • Ensure company policies, systems, processes and procedures support ongoing compliance on Environmental, Health and Safety regulations
  • Coordinate with each department to ensure their daily operations are in compliance with EHS requirements and standards.
  • Lead, give guidance and training to relevant personnel to identify safety hazards within the building and incorporate the remediation of such hazards
  • To coordinate Health and Safety committee meetings
  • Report and liaise with the management, relevant authorities on incident occurrence;
  • Maintain and monitor SHE documents and records, ensure all records and compliance documentation for all function operations are maintained and up to date
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

  • Professional Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree (Environment / Health / Safety) or its equivalent.
  • Preferable with 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • equired Skill(s): Planning Skills, Leadership Skills, Communication Skills.
  • To work closely with the local statutory bodies (DOSH & etc.) to ensure compliance and update the related issues.
  • Self-motivated; ability to make independent and informed, prioritized decisions.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Kapar, Selangor.
  • Own transport required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • 13th month salary
  • Performance bonus

  • Kapar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
