  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and policies to ensure all construction activities comply with industry standards and client specifications.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor compliance with quality standards. Document findings and recommend corrective actions as needed.
  • Prepare detailed reports on quality control issues and performance metrics, providing insights to project managers and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure that quality standards are communicated and upheld throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Mentor and train junior quality surveyors and site personnel on best practices in quality management and compliance.
  • Identify potential quality risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and budgets.
  • Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in quality processes, leveraging lessons learned from previous projects.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance and control within the construction industry. Experience in Precast is highly preferable.
  • Strong knowledge of construction quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Knowledge of Autocount is required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
