Our client, a leading provider in the automation industry, specializing in delivering innovative system solutions and support services. With a strong focus on process control instrumentation, they are looking for a new Sales and Application Engineer to join their team.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver system solutions and support to clients.
  • Prepare proposals and quotations for process control instrumentation, SCADA, IIoT, MES, or Industry 4.0 solutions.
  • Negotiate with clients to secure contracts and orders.
  • Establish new accounts by identifying potential customers and organizing sales strategies.
  • Manage both internal and external sales processes.
  • Market the company's products and solutions in local and international markets.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Division Head to develop sales plans that meet growth and revenue targets.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
  • Maximize sales of the organization's products.


The Successful Applicant

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronic & Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of process control instrumentation, PLC, SCADA, or telemetry.
  • 2-3 years of experience in instruments or automation (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English is an advantage.
  • Excellent business communication skills, technical knowledge, and abilities in business presentation and public speaking.
  • Willingness to travel and the capability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines.
