Job Description

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of talent management and development programs within the organization.
  • Design and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to create career development paths, training programs, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Develop and execute talent management strategies that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
  • Identify high-potential employees and create development plans to nurture their skills and career growth.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent management programs and recommend improvements.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to employees and managers on talent development and performance management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in talent management, leadership development, and HR strategy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Display robust project management abilities, with the ability to handle numerous projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective training programs using a variety of methods
  • Leadership and coaching abilities to inspire and develop talent within the organization.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven talent decisions.
  • Possess the capability to operate individually or as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
