Review and understand client specification related to pipe manufacturing and steel fabrication
Prepare and submit technical documentation such as MPS, ITP, various procedures and any ad hoc documentation related to pipe making and steel fabrication process during bidding stage and subsequent production stage.
Prepare steel plate datasheet based on specification and manufacturing requirement and assist in product raw material technical procurement.
Work with Welding Engineer, NDT Personnel, and QC Personnel during the product realization from specification to the actual manufacturing process.
Perform simple engineering calculation such as hydrostatic test pressure, heat treatment, dimensional tolerance, etc.
Occasionally traveling (domestic and overseas) to provide technical support during KOM, supplier audit, witnessing testing at outsourced lab, or any appointed task.
Maintain cooperative relation with vendor / supplier and service supplier.
Provide time to time update of project status TPE Manager and perform additional task upon given.
Adhere to all the Quality/Safety & Environmental requirements.

Requirements:-

Possess Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Metallurgy / Materials / Mechanical / Welding) or any equivalent academic qualification.
Minimum 3 years working experience in oil and gas industry.
QAQC / Welding/ Inspection experience is preferable.
Proficient in NAV system will be added advantage.
Excellent in oral and written communication skill in English
A team player, independent learner, responsible and excellent communicator.
