Senior Accounts Payable (AP) | Listed Solar Energy Group

Overview:

We are collaborating with an established solar energy listed group to onboard a Senior AP to join their team in PJ.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handles posting entries, reconciling accounts payable, and managing bookkeeping and project costing.
• Prepare bi-monthly AP Ageing and weekly payment planning.
• Supports procurement by monitoring inventory and scheduling deliveries.
• Participates in cash flow forecasting and ensures timely payments and loan instalments.
• Liaise with treasury department on cash movement process.
• Ensure all outgoing payment is up to date in system.
• Ensure monthly loan instalment & payment is on time.
• Ensure application and compliance of internal controls and operating procedures.
• Monitoring and supervise account assistant (AP).
• Performing ad hoc tasks or other assignments when required by superior.

Requirements to succeed:

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, or relevant field.
• At least 2-3 years of related experience, highly preferred with background in construction or solar industry.
• Familiar with accounting software e.g. Autocount.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
