  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Implement & perform module setup for HRMS
  • Conduct requirement study, training & UAT session
  • Coordinate with internal Tech Development team on Customization
  • Provide support to end user to troubleshoot technical and functional issues
  • Principal Accountabilities: (describe the job responsibilities and the expected outcome)
  • Ensure project deliver according to the agreed timeline & scope
  • Ensure all control document is properly documented
  • Ensure the result is correct for Parallel Run & UAT
  • Support, coordinate and feedback to client within SLA
  • Ensure accurate handover to Customer Support upon Client readiness.
  • Dimensions: (measure the impact/scope of the job financial and non-financial i.e. no. of subordinates, budget, customers etc)
  • Financials: Meets milestone target set by Project Manager for on time billing.
  • Non- Financials: Ensure the project is delivered on time and accurate (99%).

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and above in Computing and Software Development related.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft software.
  • At least 1 year in full cycle web application development.
  • Programming knowledge:
  • IT System logical process and flow
  • Familiarity with HR Management System
  • Good Networking with external customers
  • Technical Competencies:
  • Understanding of HR processes and industry best practices.
  • SQL knowledge
  • Basic understanding of Cloud Infrastructure
  • Behavioral Competencies:
  • Critical & Logic Thinking
  • Work independent & proactively
  • Communication Skill

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
