  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.

Responsibilities

IOC and Operation

  • Support all incoming technical calls and handle customer trouble ticket creations, incident status update and ensure proper case closure.
  • Monitor and proactively respond to network and service alarms/alerts to ensure that services are in good health.
  • Perform level -1 technical troubleshooting in accordance to established troubleshooting procedures.
  • Elevate incidents to next level technical support or field dispatch, when a case is not resolved within predetermined timeframe, and according to established processes and procedures.
  • Timely update of ticketing system with complete and accurate details.
  • Prompt communication of incident status and update to respective parties.
  • Logging information about the correspondence into the company’s system to keep a record of actions.
  • Maintain a working log detailing all required system updates, as well as the date of completion.

Document Management

  • Assist in organizing, maintaining, and updating various documents.
  • Manage all aspects of the billing process, including payment request, generate bill from system, customer communication, accounts receivable management, and compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate the first level tender process by preparing, issuing, and managing tender documents.
  • Perform other related duties assigned by the Management from time to time.

Web Design and Development

  • Assist in designing and updating web pages, ensuring alignment with company branding and a seamless user experience.
  • Manage website structure and ensure compatibility across devices and browsers.
  • Conduct regular testing, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with teams to optimize content and performance.

Incident Operations and Troubleshooting

Requirements

  • Candidate must currently pursue minimum diploma in Computer Science, or related field with a minimum CGPA of 3.0
  • Malaysian citizens not older than 26 years old
  • Ability to intern immediately is an added advantage.
  • Good communication and strong creativity skills in problem solving.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written/verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Based in Cyberjaya

Job Types: Contract, Temporary, Freelance, Internship, Student job
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,200.00 per month
