  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To support SIRIM’s land bank planning and management with the aim to generate revenue for the business sustainability of SIRIM Group.
  • To assist in developing policies and strategies related to land use and development and project-lead on preparing Planning and Development Plan applications.
  • To prepare and review the strategic plan including the short-term strategy of SIRIM’s land.
  • To review and evaluate development proposals received from developers and preparing reports for recommendation to the Land Development Committee, Management Committee, Investment Committee and the Board of Directors the proposal which brings the best value to SIRIM.
  • To provide key inputs on land development risks into company’s enterprise risk or other committee that oversees the enterprise risk management process and ensures alignment with organizational objectives

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Possess minimum Degree in Civil, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or any related field with 6 years working experience.
  • Experience in property development or property management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Candidate with post-graduate qualifications will have an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,600.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
