Working Hours: Monday – Friday (0800 - 1700)

Duration: 6-12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY (renewal based on performance)

Salary Range : RM2,500 to RM3,500 (based on qualification & experience)

Who Can Apply?

Experience & Knowledge:

  • Fresh Grad welcome to apply (Diploma or Degree)
  • Proven experience in inventory coordination, warehouse operations, or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems (e.g., ORACLE) and basic data entry.
  • Understanding of shipping documentation (CIPL, invoices, etc.) and receiving processes.

Technical Skills:

  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word).
  • Strong data management skills with a meticulous, detail-oriented approach.

Behavioral Competencies:

  • Highly organized and capable of micro-managing every aspect of inventory movement.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of accountability.
  • Analytical mindset, able to investigate discrepancies and implement corrective measures.

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to read, write, and interpret shipping documentation.
  • Possess own transport for commuting purposes.

Job Summary

The Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for managing the physical movement of inventory, ensuring accuracy in the system and on-hand stock, and identifying and analyzing any discrepancies that arise. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, the ability to manage every step of inventory movement, and the capacity to provide regular, comprehensive reports on inventory activity. The candidate must also assist in maintaining organized and efficient warehouse operations.
