  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Salary : RM2,000 - 2,600 per month (excluding overtime)
Location: 209, Jalan Tun Razak, 50400, Kuala Lumpur
Working days & hours: Monday - Friday (8.30 am – 5.00 pm)

Contract duration: 3-6 months contract under PERSOLKELLY (potential for convert to permanent subject to performance)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform driving duties safely and responsibly.
  • Perform despatch duties, when required.
  • Perform overtime driving duties including weekends and public holidays.
  • Perform outstation driving duties, when required.
  • Maintain official vehicles (i.e. washing, polishing, cleaning, servicing, petrol top-up, and etc.) in good and clean conditions at all times;
  • Perform administrative duties relating to official vehicles conscientiously.
  • These include the timely updating of vehicle log books after each official trip and getting officers to sign for the trips.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • SPM or Diploma in related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years working experience related to the position.
  • Prior driving and basic admin duties.
  • Language ability – able to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Professional and good communication skills, both in writing and speaking
  • Teamwork and partner behaviors
  • Organized and detailed oriented
