Position Overview

The Reward and People Insights Analyst provides data-driven insights and analytical expertise to enable Client’s to deliver to its purpose and mission. The role is part of the global Performance and Reward Centre of Expertise (CoE) team supporting all of Client’s markets in Europe, Asia and ANZ and focused on the delivery of performance and reward solutions to drive strategically aligned business outcomes.

Essential Competencies and Experiences

  • Proven capability to research, analyse, and interpret large data sets and provide clear insights
  • Experience working in remuneration and or people processes (desirable)
  • Experience managing and interrogating salary survey data and other data sources
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
  • Advanced Excel, data management skills and high attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Experience contributing to cross functional and multi-national teams (desirable)

Key Performance Areas

  • Analyse remuneration benchmark data to inform competitiveness and remuneration recommendations. ·
  • Provide insights on market trends and practices to inform and support decision-making on performance and reward strategy and practices. ·
  • Manage remuneration survey submissions for all markets partnering with country People Business Partners to ensure data accuracy and timely delivery. ·
  • Support the preparation and delivery of remuneration activities including annual reviews, short-term incentive plans and related communications. ·
  • Support the administration and delivery of benefits and global mobility programs. ·
  • Provide first line support to leader and team member queries on performance and reward policies and programs. ·
  • Analyse people data to uncover trends related to retention, engagement, and workforce demographics. ·
  • Develop dashboards and reporting for key HR metrics (e.g., turnover, headcount, diversity, etc.). ·
  • Partner with peers in the People team and key stakeholders to identify people-related trends and opportunities for improvement. ·
  • Present insights and findings to stakeholders in a clear, actionable format. ·
  • Build tools and processes to enhancing our ways of working to provide a more effective and efficient service to stakeholders

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
