- Multimedia:
- Create engaging multimedia content for marketing and promotional purposes.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce videos, graphics, and other visual materials.
- Manage social media content and campaigns.
- Digital Marketing:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns using analytics tools.
- Assist in content creation for various digital platforms.
- Civil Engineering:
- Support the planning, design, and execution of construction projects.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist in preparing technical drawings and specifications.
- Building:
- Assist in the project management and coordination of construction activities.
- Support the procurement of materials and the management of subcontractors.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Architecture:
- Contribute to the design and planning of building projects.
- Prepare architectural drawings and models.
- Research building materials and sustainability practices.
- Interior Design:
- Assist in developing interior design concepts and plans.
- Create mood boards, layouts, and 3D visualizations.
- Support the selection of furniture, materials, and finishes.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recently completing an SKM/Certificate/Diploma/Degree in IT, Multimedia, Digital Marketing, Civil Engineering, Building, Architecture, or Interior Design. or equivalence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, marketing analytics tools).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Passion for the property development industry and a willingness to learn.
