  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibility
  • Oversee daily factory operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and productivity.
  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
  • Manage and lead a team of production supervisors and staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate and work closely with the maintenance team to ensure the proper functioning of all equipment and machinery.
  • Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure the production of high-quality products.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure the timely availability of raw materials and components.

Prepare and manage the factory budget, controlling costs and optimizing expenditures

Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess a Degree in Process / Chemical / Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing or production management role, preferably in the palm oil or food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control systems, and safety regulations.
  • Relevant working knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO Quality Management System and Procedure.
  • Must be familiar with Halal and Kosher requirements
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
