Job Requirements
- Oversee daily factory operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and productivity.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
- Manage and lead a team of production supervisors and staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate and work closely with the maintenance team to ensure the proper functioning of all equipment and machinery.
- Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure the production of high-quality products.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure the timely availability of raw materials and components.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess a Degree in Process / Chemical / Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing or production management role, preferably in the palm oil or food industry.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control systems, and safety regulations.
- Relevant working knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO Quality Management System and Procedure.
- Must be familiar with Halal and Kosher requirements
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
