  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedback and other raising issue related to the company's products
  • Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
  • Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
  • Proficiency in English Communication (Speak, Read, Write)
  • Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedback and other raising issue related to the company's products.
  • Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
  • Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
