Job Description

  • Relevant qualification in Information Technology, Business or related fields.
  • Significant experience in a business analysis role.
  • Experience working for a large financial services organisation.
  • Demonstrated understanding of all aspects of the software development life cycle.
  • Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting and communication tools.
  • Proven ability to interpret information, identify patterns, trends and links that inform decisions and solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to establish strong professional relationships and influence outcomes.
  • Demonstrated business requirement documentation skills.
  • Pays high attention to detail by completing tasks with thoroughness and accuracy and has the ability to quickly identify errors or inconsistencies within information.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact and influence.


The Successful Applicant

  • Identify Challenges and Requirements: Consult with business representatives to uncover organizational challenges and gather high-level business requirements during project initiation.
  • Plan and Monitor Analysis: Coordinate business analysis techniques and assess the progress of analysis and estimation activities.
  • Facilitate Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct effective workshops to understand stakeholder needs and define project requirements collaboratively.
  • Conduct Gap Analysis: Perform decision and gap analyses to align business requirements with stakeholder needs, providing technical advice as needed.
  • Support Implementation and Communication: Assist with user acceptance testing, change management, and produce clear communications tailored to stakeholder preferences.
