Job Description

Relevant qualification in Information Technology, Business or related fields.
Significant experience in a business analysis role.
Experience working for a large financial services organisation.
Demonstrated understanding of all aspects of the software development life cycle.
Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting and communication tools.
Proven ability to interpret information, identify patterns, trends and links that inform decisions and solutions.
Demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to establish strong professional relationships and influence outcomes.
Demonstrated business requirement documentation skills.
Pays high attention to detail by completing tasks with thoroughness and accuracy and has the ability to quickly identify errors or inconsistencies within information.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact and influence.

The Successful Applicant

Identify Challenges and Requirements: Consult with business representatives to uncover organizational challenges and gather high-level business requirements during project initiation.
Plan and Monitor Analysis: Coordinate business analysis techniques and assess the progress of analysis and estimation activities.
Facilitate Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct effective workshops to understand stakeholder needs and define project requirements collaboratively.
Conduct Gap Analysis: Perform decision and gap analyses to align business requirements with stakeholder needs, providing technical advice as needed.
Support Implementation and Communication: Assist with user acceptance testing, change management, and produce clear communications tailored to stakeholder preferences.
