Specialized with Fusion New York Sushi, we have our own in-house sauces and many Fusion signatures that will blow your taste buds. With using high quality ingredients, we look forward to maximizing the taste that you can get in every dish with us.

We have 2 branches, the first restaurant is at Damansara Uptown called Fujiyama Japanese Restaurant and the 2nd one is at Shah Alam, Section 13 called Fujiyama 101. We would like to invite whoever has a high interest in Japanese Cuisine with us.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Restaurant Supervisor at Fujiyama Japanese Restaurant in Petaling Jaya. The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining quality standards in food & beverage service.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and Communication
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage industry
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a supervisory role
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
