AZKA Group, a leading insurance agency under Prudential, is seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth and expand our client base. You will be responsible for promoting our insurance products and services, developing strategic marketing plans, and building long-term relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Prudential insurance products to individuals and businesses.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate leads and increase sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure excellent customer service.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns and initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred but not required).
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and CRM tools is a plus.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, if necessary.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 45 per week
