Position:

Assistant Principal (Full-time)

This role is responsible for overseeing the overall operations and educational programs of the center. This role involves leading a team of educators, ensuring high-quality instruction, and fostering a positive learning environment for students. The assistant principal collaborates with parents to promote the center's vision, manages staff development, and implements strategic initiatives to enhance student engagement and achievement. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential to effectively guide the center toward its goals.

Job Description:

1) Student Enrolment & Retention

Develop and implement strategies to enhance student enrollment and retention rates.
Manage the enrollment process by addressing prospective parents’ inquiries and overseeing application, registration, and payment procedures.
Respond promptly and appropriately to feedback, inquiries, and complaints from students and parents.
Foster and maintain positive relationships with parents through effective communication strategies.

2) Leadership

Provide strong leadership to ensure the highest quality standards in the execution of Code Master's curriculum.
Foster a culture of high performance by guiding and supporting teachers and administrative stuff toward their professional development and excellence.

3) Daily Operations

Oversee and monitor the attendance, performance and punctuality of all teachers and administrative stuff.
Ensure that facilities are clean, safe and well-maintained.
Perform any additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Operation Director.
Teach classes and serve as a backup teacher in the event of staff absences.

Qualification:

Possess a diploma or degree in a relevant field, preferably in Early Childhood Education, Information Technology, or Business Management.
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
Candidates with prior experience in early childhood education is an added advantage.
Candidates with knowledge of coding/programming will be given priority in the selection process.
Candidates who can speak and read Mandarin will be given priority in the selection process.
Proficient in Microsoft Applications - Excel/Words/ PowerPoint.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Organised and able to multi-task.
