Key Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze monthly management accounts, working closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Assist in cash flow management to maintain company liquidity and financial stability.
Ensure compliance with the company's policies, statutory requirements, and tax regulations.
Contribute to the development and improvement of internal control processes.
Manage the company's annual audit and tax compliance, liaising with external auditors, tax agents, and local authorities.
Monitor, address, and resolve audit findings from both internal and external auditors in a timely manner.
Assist in the preparation of the companyâs annual budget and forecasting.
Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by superiors.

This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Finance Executive at Golden Destinations by ICE HOLIDAYS Sdn Bhd's office in Malaysia.

Requirements

A degree in accounting recognized by the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) or currently pursuing a professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA/MICPA/CPA).
Prior experience in the tourism industry and working with public listed companies is preferred.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in audit or finance roles is an advantage.
Strong accounting knowledge with at least 4 years of relevant working experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
