  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design process for moulds, ensuring that they meet product specifications, functionality, and quality standards.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for mould design projects.
  • Analyze proposed engineering changes for manufacturing impact and feasibility.
  • Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance design processes and reduce lead times.
  • Ensure smooth transition from design to development of testing of the designs and production trial run.
  • Communicate with customers and suppliers relating to technical aspect of mould design.
  • Work with other departments such as manufacturing, quality control, and supply chain to ensure seamless integration of mould designs.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, design progress, and any issues that arise.
  • Maintain accurate records of design specifications, changes, and project milestones.
  • Supervise junior mould designer, providing guidance and support.
  • Evaluate team performance, provide feedback, and facilitate training and development opportunities.
  • Carry out any other duties being assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree or Others in Engineering (Mechanical, Tool & Die or equivalent).
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • At least 4 years of working experiences in tooling design.
  • Knowledge on software design for CAD-CAM and UniGraphic (UG) NX
  • Ability to use mold flow and prepare mold flow will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to model 3D mould surfaces for tooling.
  • Preferably specializing in manufacturing/production operations or equivalent.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in SHAH ALAM.
  • Salary will commensurate with suitable experience.
