Executive, Leasing (Shopping Mall)

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute leasing strategies to create a balanced tenancy mix for the center.
• Identify, communicate and negotiate efficiently with tenants and prospective retailers.
• Process leasing documentations, reports and retailer correspondences.
• To assist in managing the daily operations of the leasing department.
• To assist in driving marketing strategies, formulate and implement marketing and leasing plans.
• To manage tenants in a proactive manner to ensure the highest possible occupancy with good yields,
• Assist to develop a feasibility study on market trend (marketing & leasing point of view);
• Perform any other functions as directed by the superior from time to time.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
• Good command of written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
