  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for pre and post contract administration
  • Preparing, negotiating and analyze cost for tender and contracts.
  • To monitor project budgeting and cost control
  • To evaluate sub-con workdone and prepare claim certificate
  • Attend site meeting and conduct site joint measurement.
  • To liaise with sub-contractor, consultants and other parties involved in contractual related issues
  • Preparation of feasibility studies, bills of quantities, tender document certificate of payment and final accounts.

Requirement :

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent. Preferable a registered member of BQSM.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in construction industry / related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Executive / Senior Executive Level specialized in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
  • Good communication skill, proficient in AutoCAD or construction software will be added advantage.
  • Independent, positive work attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
