Job Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning and Execution

• Assist the Department Manager in developing and implementing distributor management strategies to align with overall sales and distribution goals.

2. Distributor Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, promptly informing the Department Manager of any issues or areas for improvement. Resolve conflicts and address concerns in a timely manner.

3. Performance Monitoring and Reporting

• Support the monitoring of distributor performance metrics, such as sales targets and market share and ensure compliance to company policies. Utilize data analytics to provide actionable insights and recommendations for distributors performance enhancement.

4. Training and Development

• Conduct training and support for distributors when necessary to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively promote and sell company products. Organize regular distributor meetings, workshops and training sessions.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure cohesive operations and alignment with company strategies. Coordinate with the product management team to keep distributors informed about new products and updates.

6. Compliance and Risk Management

• Ensure distributor activities comply with company policies, industry regulations and legal requirements. Identify potential risks in distributor relationships and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Statistics/Accounting & Finance/Business Administration or any related field.
• Preferably with 3 years’ working experience in the related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel/macro file.
• Having a sound commercial sense and business acumen.
• Able to analyze large amount of data and translate into meaningful information.
• Able to deliver reports and complete projects within the designated timeline.
• Able to work as a team to deliver results with compliance and adherence to policy and procedure.
