THE ROLE

  • Responsible for and managing overall Human Resource functions such as payroll management, recruitment, compensation & benefits, training and development, participation in manpower planning, performance management, and employee relations. Plan and execute recruitment activities such as job advertisement posting
  • Review and advise on existing HR functions and all existing policies for improvement and changes in regulatory requirements
  • Build and lead a strong HR team and be responsible for driving key KPI metrics
  • Work to develop and administer various human resources plans and procedures. Transactional tasks and higher-level strategic initiatives will be required.
  • Lead and oversee employee relations management, process, and procedures
  • Strategize and drive employee talent management initiatives for employee excellence
  • Handling the tasks at all levels and providing support to employees in all phases of the employment relationship, i.e., disciplinary issues, conducting domestic inquiry reference checking; job offers; employee relations counseling; conducting exit interviews, and other employee-related matters in compliance with local legislations.
  • Interact and deal effectively with all Head of Department.
  • Any other ad-hoc HR, as and when required.
  • Report to the Managing Director

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field is preferred.
  • Organized, efficient and able to work independently.
  • Able to multitask and take on additional challenges and tasks.
  • Meticulous to details, strong interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Keep abreast with the current employment laws and its amendments.
  • Good communicator with the ability to converse well in English and BM.
