Responsibilities:
To carry out effective supervision on the day to day operations and administration, housekeeping, maintenance, security department of the property to ensure smooth and efficient process and ensure the safety of occupant
To build good rapport with local authorities, owners, tenants and residents.
To liaise with JMB/MC and attend regular meeting with the committee and submit minutes meeting and monthly reports timely
To plan all the continuous improvement initiatives and constantly implement
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Estate Management/Building Science or a related discipline
Minimum 10 years’ experience in Building/Facilities management
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal
