岗位职责:

  • 需要良好的中文和英文沟通。
  • 负责客户在线咨询答疑,针对客户咨询需求,提供有效解答
  • 与有关部门保持良好的沟通与合作
  • 在客户服务和准确信息方面超越客户的期望。
  • 团队合作以实现所需的 KPI 和 SLA。

入职要求:

  • 所需语言 : 流利的中文与英文沟通 (粤语将会是额外的优势)
  • 學歷SPM需一年或以上的相关经验
  • Diploma / Degree 畢業生可申請, 無工作經驗也可

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound inquiries, feedback and provide resolutions to customers over the phone, email or via chat relating to product/service.
  • Understand customer enquiries and ensure they are answered or routed through the appropriate support channel.
  • Provide constructive feedback on tools, resources, procedures, and guidelines to enhance workflow and the customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Education- SPM and above (SPM, Diploma, Degree etc)
  • Customer service experience is an advantage
  • Language- English, Mandarin
  • Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced, high-production work environment
  • Ability to rotate shifts, as needed.

Job Details:
Working location: KL Sentral / Shah Alam / Cheras
Salary: Basic+ KPI+ shift allowance (Based on interview performance, education qualification and working experience)
