Customer Business Support Specialist 3rd Party Governance

Responsibilities:

• Managing Orders: Process orders for external 3rd-party consultants using SAP Fieldglass, adhering to strict internal policies and procedures.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and reconcile necessary information for processing.
• Guidance & Support: Provide guidance to project managers throughout the procurement process.

Experience and Skills Required:

• Procurement & Project Management: Understanding of procurement processes and experience in supporting project management.
• Operational Complexity: Proven ability to navigate complex organizational environments and manage cross-organizational interactions.
• Innovation & Problem Solving: Track record of innovation and problem-solving in operational settings, with an understanding of business, system, and process landscapes.
• Agility & Pressure Management: Ability to work under pressure with flexibility, adapting quickly to changing environments.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in services operations or procurement roles.
• Detail-Oriented: Must be highly organized with strong communication skills (both written and oral).
• Tools & Systems Knowledge:
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with SAP ERP and SAP Fieldglass (preferred).
• Language: Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).

Additional Preferences:

• Finance/Accounting: Experience in finance or accounting is beneficial.
