Strategist Senior Executive (SEA)

Job Overview

The Strategy Senior Executive will play a critical role in shaping KKday SEA’s long-term strategy and driving the realization of our business objectives. This position involves evaluating organizational performance, setting achievable goals, and implementing processes that enhance effectiveness and create a sustainable competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Development:

• Support the formulation of short, mid, and long-term organizational strategies.
• Align departmental goals, processes, and resource allocation with the overarching organizational strategy.

Operational Analysis:

• Conduct research and analysis on operational effectiveness, processes, and stakeholder engagement.
• Assess market trends and competitors, identifying threats and opportunities.

Strategic Planning & Implementation:

• Present findings, projections, and recommended actions, including P&L consolidation and commercial budgetary planning.
• Plan, implement, and manage strategic recommendations and projects.

Stakeholder Reporting:

• Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders

Job Requirements:

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Analytics, or related disciplines.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, corporate strategy, or management consulting.
• Experience in the e-commerce industry is highly preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong strategic commercial mindset with a deep understanding of business operations.
• Excellent research, analytical, and financial modeling abilities.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders (e.g., SEA Country Heads, Cross Department Heads).
• Highly organized with strong planning, analytical, and project management skills.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of working under pressure and delivering results.
• Team player with a passion for the travel industry.
