Responsibility & Authority :-
1. Prepare tender and contract document including bills of quantities and with architect/clients.
2. Attend to tender submissions and ensure all price equated is accurate.
3. Oversee budget ensure financial accountability.
4. Negotiate contract with architects vendors, contractors and other workers.
5. To securing of all the related building permits and licenses .
6. To plan and coordinate all aspects of the construction projects.
7. To ensure all project is completed according to schedule.
8. To control the time, cost and quality of construction projects.
9. To coordinate site meetings for all on-going projects.
10. Site co-ordination between company and customers.
Education/Qualification :Bachelor's degree, in retailing, sales or other related field
Experience : 3-5 years in the retails industry preferred
Skills : Good Analytical and Interpersonal skill & Self motivated
and pro active.
