Responsibilities:

Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, assessing their skin types and recommending appropriate skincare and cosmetic products.
Demonstrate the use and benefits of beauty products, offering makeup and skincare application tips to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
Drive sales by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and promoting relevant products to meet sales targets.
Assist in maintaining stock levels, organizing product displays, and ensuring the store is well-presented and stocked with popular items.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent service, following up on customer inquiries, and addressing any concerns.
Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques to provide informed recommendations to customers.

Requirements:

Must be fluent in Mandarin, with strong verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English; additional languages are a plus.
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in beauty consulting, cosmetics sales, or a related field is preferred.
Strong understanding of skincare and beauty products, and treatments with the ability to learn quickly about new products and services.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Well-groomed and presentable, with a passion for beauty and a professional appearance that reflects the brand's image
