Primary Responsibilities
The position requires a detail-oriented candidate to manage the day-day functionality of the membership program & CRM Systems, including and not limited to managing the membership database, attending to the member’s requests and inquiries, auditing the member’s points transaction, system maintenance, and conducting user acceptance tests and suggestions for system improvement.
Responsibilities include:
- Take charge of all administrative matters relating to loyalty and CRM:
- System analysis and maintenance, including:
- Assist and execute any works as assigned & deemed necessary.
Qualifications & Experience
- A diploma holder in Statistics, Business Studies, Marketing or IT/Computer Science.
- 1 year working experience in related experience in business/functional analysis or administration. The gaming industry will be an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Able to work on Public Holidays and Weekends.
- Willing to travel onboard for assignments/projects.
- Applicant should be a Malaysian citizen or hold relevant resident status.
Skills & Behaviours
- Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (oral and written) preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
- Good knowledge of application software including Microsoft Excel/Access and PowerPoint.
- A high level of numeracy and analytical ability with strong business sense.
- Must be very detail-oriented, meticulous, and efficient.
- Able to work independently and as a team player.
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills and analytical skills.
- Analytical-minded with good problem-solving skills.
