Job Responsibilities;

Planning and monitoring schematic plan roll out to all stores within a set of timeline.
Manages schematic plan, category cluster, product capacity and location to achieve maximum use of space for each store.
Propose and suggest opportunities that drives sales and eliminate slow moving items.
Reviews schematic against sales/profit and merchandising guideline for continuous improvement and increase the intensity of schematic plan through internal, external data and survey.
Manages product exit plan together with Merchandising and Operations Department.
Ensures merchandising compliances in stores are completed all the time and work closely with other department such as Merchandising, Operations, Supply Chain and Project to assist in resolving in related issues from time to time.
Training on Schematic Plan SOP to store and Merchandising.
Any other task, as an when assigned by Management.
