Human Resource (HR) Executive

1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
2. Handle workplace conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions in compliance with labor laws and company policies.
3. Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll in a timely manner.
4. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave, and other compensations.
5. Organize and coordinate employee training programs and activities.
6. Prepare and manage employee contracts, terminations, and other HR documentation.
7. Manage the HR system for accurate and efficient data processing.
