About your role

  • Identify training and development needs of all the departments within the company.
  • Curate e-learning content from existing learning content
  • Conceptualize training materials based on data and research
  • Test and review created materials
  • Carry out, maintain, and improve training and development operations to enhance its effectiveness.
  • Administer and coordinate various in-house and external learning and development programs.
  • Involvement in a staff orientation program and conduct briefings.
  • Ensure that the planned training programs stay within the timeline & budget.
  • Track and assess the progress of trainees and provide reports to management.
  • Answer employee questions and inquiries related to training and development programs and resolve any training-related issues if they arise
  • Organise and assist in talent development projects and activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-year working experience in e-learning. Longer working experience is an advantage.
  • Possess advanced knowledge of computer-based applications such as Microsoft Office (PowerPoint) or Google Suite (google slide)
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Excellent in data analysis, presentation, and dealing with complexity
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to understand and execute complex written and verbal instructions
  • Flexibility, proactive and perseverance
  • A start-up attitude - highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude that is not afraid to work independently when required
